Switched to Starlink to save a few bucks—big mistake. At first, the speed looked good, but the connection kept dropping, especially in bad weather. Worse, when I had issues, there was no real support—just a chatbot and endless emails. No one to call, no one to help.
After a few frustrating months, I came back to Primo, and I won’t make that mistake again. The service is rock solid, and if something goes wrong, a real person actually helps—often the same day! Lesson learned
