Simply Broadband offers an amazing price on internet service without compromising on quality, stability, or customer support. The Internet is fast and stable. The NZ based team responds to my emails quickly, usually within the same working day, and promptly solved all the issues. The BYO modem setup manual is clear and easy to follow. Invoices are honest and transparent, with no hidden fees or shady charges.
Pros
Simply Broadband offered a free setup for fiber connections. The engineer finished the job within 4 hours, and the Internet was immediately connected.
