It's been only 3 months with 2 Degrees and my Fibre internet isn't working already. I have been out of internet for 3 days now. The worst part is they cannot even provide an ETA on when I'll have internet again. They are saying it's due to Chorus and when I call Chorus, Chorus says they cannot help me as they have the contract with 2 Degrees, not the customer. 2 Degrees contact centre is so hard to get a hold of too.
