Firstly, they take forever to get you connected. It took them over two weeks to connect my internet even when I already had fibre installed at the house and the ONT was set up and the fibre provider assured me it was fine from there end. Yet after being on hold with 2degrees for hours multiple times they told me they cannot do anything more to spend up the process. I have had multiple other companies connect me the same day I have made a request.
Secondly, their customer su
pport is terrible. They will have a network outage and never provide any information to you. If you try to call them you will either be stuck on hold for hours or hang up on. Don't waste your time.
