I always get a real person when I call with a query (which has only been on three occasions). And they know what they're talking about. Techies are on! The app is really helpful too and can resolve issues (or answer some questions) before making that call. You biff your phone up against the router, push a button, it does a diagnostic which their operators can see their side. Love 'em.
