This award combined the initially announced ADSL and VDSL categories for the strongest overall Copper / DSL Broadband service provider in New Zealand. It was open to Internet Service Providers and organisations who provide at least one specific DSL or VDSL broadband service to New Zealand consumers or organisations.
Participant companies were assessed against such criteria as consistency of service, product’s quality, leadership, innovation & communication, as well as customer support and testimonials.
