The reason I sort to change my provider was because their prices per item were higher than other providers and they were charging for the modem plus delivery.

They also did not give any special discounts for staying with them

Difficulty in voiding credit card sign up as I was not enthralled with the charge of 1.7%. Neither the Broadband Compare rep nor myself were able to find the debit card method of entry

Our problem is with Chorus who still have not provided us with broadband despite only being half a kilometre from the joining box and upgrading the rest of district to even faster internet.

Slingshot are practically impossible to get through to on the phone for technical issues e.g. broadband cutting out You get voice message : For faster response email us we reply in 4hours" Got automated reply suggesting things you could do in the meantime. Waited nearly 2wks no reply so phoned them waited ages got a technician got disconnected halfway through they never rang back so had to go through the process again Decided after 5 years to try someone else

Poor service want everything to be emailed to them

A year of average speed and ping, relatively trouble free, until this past week when my speeds reduced to 10% of what they should be. Voyager support give me the runaround, insisting it's my problem despite me ruling everything out that they asked me to. We're done. Garbage service.

They provide basic internet.
Cons
When anything goes wrong, you're out of luck.
