I can review both mobile service and Fibre/broadband.
Mobile - retail support can be very lacking, phone support as well, emails are never responded to, we encountered some truly rude and incompetent staff, initial setup took weeks. Service itself is decent once you get it up and running.
Fibre - HORRIBLE. They set up the connection improperly on their end and despite spending upwards of 6 hours on the phone with their tech support (each time we also had to have 45-60 m
in on hold before speaking), it never worked correctly. The tech supports all seemed a bit sexist and mansplained the same unhelpful nonsense to me (a woman) and never listened when I tried to explain why they were going down the wrong path. They also are not willing to help with setup if you bring your own router/modem. In the end, the service just didn’t work and we went back to NOW which is a million times better and more reliable with a helpful support team. 2degrees still charged us the full $199 disconnect fee, even though their connection was never functioning. ...read more
