So far so good, only relatively new to NOW after being mucked around by Stuff once too often....and it was often. NOW will support you regardless of router brand or even model. We did have some issues with the switch over, but that was on Chorus with their normal pathetic speed response times, and no fault of NOW. Staff are pleasant and helpful. With the 900/400 package, we get better traffic speeds than a similar subscription when with Stuff (almost 50% straight away).

ave had a couple of other big brand ISP's over the years, I am happy with how I get treated with tech support from NOW. At least they talk facts and not BS and make excuses. I also read a lot of negative reviews here about drop outs. I think those people would do well to remember that NOW have no control over the hardware network, that lands at Chorus and internally within your own home. Coming from a technical background, there is a vast variation of what people think is "good" wiring, particularly with patch leads etc, again quality (and price) matters. I also see a lot of complaints about the free router. EVERY ISP offers an entry level device, admittedly some better than others, if you want high end then do yourself a favour and purchase a high end router, they really are worth the money. Every one knows surely you get what you pay for?
