We have changed to Now and found the transition from one provider to them to be seamless. Prompt communication meant we knew exactly when we would be changed over with instructions on what we needed to do as well.
They were only a phone call away without a long wait to talk to a human who was extremely helpful too.
Pros
Local people available for help. Great hours fir phoning for help if needed too.

Avoid at all costs.

It takes up to two hours to get to the support on the phone. If they won't drop your call in a middle, as they really like to do. Give them a call if you don't believe it can be that bad.

Two degrees can just decide to cut your connection off with no reason or warning because of some internal migration. Moving house was a disaster, they kept losing my details, some overseas support person just did not log a ticket in their system, or something. I spent almost two month without internet and they kept charging me full price. ...read more

Easy to sign in and one of the best prices out there (when in promotion). Good customer services, although had to wait a bit for them to pick up the phone.

They are so bad now. You cannot get through to customer support and when you do you cannot understand them nor they you. Emailing them isn't any better as you get a standard computer generated reply, then whey you reply, you get a new contact asking you the same questions. Shocking support. So disappointed and delighted that I've received an email saying my contract prince is going up and I can leave, without penalty, within 30 days. I will be doing that.

Coming back to leave another review because 2 months after cancelling my account with 2 Degrees, they are still giving me trouble. I cancelled my account with them because they hiked up their prices which voided their contract's early termination fee, but they continued to send me an invoice for another month + termination fee despite confirming with customer service over the phone that I wouldn't have to pay anything.

I called them again to try and sort this out but apparently they have no record of this. They said they'd waive the early termination fee as if they weren't supposed to do it in the first place then continued to try and get another $99 out of me for a month of internet they never provided.

The situation was only resolved once I mentioned that I had a recording of the last phone call I had with customer service where they explicitly told me that I wouldn't have to pay anything once my account was cancelled.

This is all on top of the fact that it took them 2 months to get us connected in the first place. You can read all about that in my previous review from August.

Save yourself the trouble and go with literally any other ISP. 2 Degrees is a nightmare.

If you do end up having to use them for whatever reason, i recommend recording every call you have with them because they apparently don't keep track of anything.

Joined this service when it was $70 per month which was funnily enough when it was living up to its promises, it stated 1000Mbps and that is what you would get, then the price went up to $89 and the speed nose dived to 730MBps but the front page still says 1000, notified them and they have nothing when the next payment is due I will be with a new provider.

Used to be good - no pros now.
Cons
Substandard support, substandard service, support via E-Mail only which sucks, they say you get what you pay for well what I was paying for went downhill real fast. I'm done.
