Never had any issues, so support was given benefit of the doubt. Was on Fibre 200 plan, 200 Mpbhs was achievable up and down for local servers.

Utterly poor service from Spark. Disconnected service without warning. Spoke to at least 24 people from Spark when I was passed off to different teams / had to follow up, but each time, no-one seemed to know what the status of my re-connection was. Poor poor service.

Pros

The only area Spark seemed to be capable in was extracting the early termination fee when I terminated the contract with them. Pity they are not capable in dealing with their incompetencies.

We have repeatedly telephoned Spark and gone into their shop to ask for help and don't get anywhere. Now out of the blue they are trying to force us into changing to fibre. We have been asking about this for the last year and had no help of any kind. We had to buy a new modem which has since broken. We pay $100 a month for irregular and unreliable service. Have had nothing but terrible service from Slingshot and after putting up with it for too long we are on the move. Very unreliable network and no difference in speed when upgraded to Ultra Fast Fibre.

After several bad experiences i will NEVER recommend Slingshot to anyone.
