It took around 2.5 months to get UFB to our devices however we moved from ADSL to UFB, we were on a cross leased section so had a few consents to go through. The ping and the speeds are awesome
Pros
very good consistent speeds on over 100MB over wifi and ping around 2-4 upload over 20MB over wifi
Cons
skinny doesn't offer many extras e.g internet TV services but that is fine with me.

Worst customer support I have ever encountered.

When you change to another provider they wont allow the change to happen automatically as every other ISP does, instead you have to personally call them and cancel your account or they will continue to charge you for internet they are fully aware they are no longer providing you. ...read more

I have recently joined Lightwire Rural Wireless, moving from ADSL and am very glad I did. IΓÇÖm easily getting 3x faster internet speeds and a more stable connection. The connection process was fast and easy, both the helpdesk staff and the wireless installer were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

It is easy to get service but really hard to leave the ISP. I don't recommend this ISP unless you intend to stay in AKL in short period time.
Make sure getting a proper confirmation email( they are only available in email) even though you have submitted a request for disconnection.

No direct contact support. Only email service available so that it is very hard to get proper service.

Trialed their RBI 4G plan for 2 weeks - shocking congestion every night 5-10pm, mostly unusable during this time. They claimed upgrading router/switching band or tower will help - so whats gonna happen to that tower/band after they switch everyone over to it I wonder?? Basically lost confidence in their 4G platform and cancelled. Went back to Spark 4G which is much better in comparison. Company is a bit arrogant to deal with - I'm in ICT and if the same scenario had happened to me, I'd accept customer's position and make sure they weren't out of pocket for the experience..... not this company...charged $220 for the 2 weeks I tried to use the service. ...read more

Salesman was pleasant enough on the day but didn't let on, or genuinely wasn't aware our area suffered such high congestion.
Cons
Hard to contact - phones are always diverted to an answering service.
Word of advice to Full Flavour - don't rollout an online automated scheduling service on your website if it doesn't actually work or go to anyone... initially used this online system to make an onsite signal test booking - got confirmation email but no one showed on the day... they had no knowledge of the appointment! ...read more

we are paying for broadband and a lot of the time the speed is 0.80 or less there is fibre on our road but they well not hook any one up to it so we have to put up with slow speeds and some times we can not get on line
all we get from them is they is nothing wrong with our gear its because you are 6k from the exchange and you are on copper then we get billed $140.00 for then to have checked the line
