the worst company i have ever dealt with
I purchased fibre 12 months ago and have nothing but poor speed no service,and no support. I gave up complaining six months ago as spark did not seem interested in any problem at all , so I just waited until my contract ran out and then just changed to another provider

Had problems with connection and speed when we first started, contacted for help but no reply (for a month). Finally resolved satisfactorily.
Unsatisfied with change from wireless to RBI when moved house in regards to contract terms and new fees but no attempt from Primo Wireless to rectify.
READ THEIR Ts &Cs CAREFULLY BEFORE COMMITTING (especially contract terms as the 24 months relate to the product not with the company as expected).
Pros
Good service when installing.
Good speeds on wireless when it works.
Cons
Very expensive to set up and monthly charges in comparison to other companies.
Very difficult to resolve problems (in breach of their Ts &Cs [clauses 4.1 and 20]). Despite advertising their "niceness" they are not interested in the customer but rather their profits. ...read more

We had a lot of drop-outs and found the speed very slow a lot of the time.

Was relatively easy to set up

As above, seemed to have a lot of drop outs and slow speed.
Had phone included and whilst we were overseas for 1 month, Inspire had accidentally sent our number to another provider who then issued it to their customer, this meant that all of our calls went to that person. Inspire told us that we would need to have a new phone number which was a huge inconvenience to us, and the compensation offered didn't suit us, so we are switching to a new provider. ...read more

Adsl. Worst 9months of my interweb life. Worst connection always dropping out. Slowest speed ive ever had....worst than dial-up 10years ago!! Terrible customer service, went through a 10 part series of testing for Slingshot then they said said it might cost me $240 to look at it??! Paying early disconnection fee and lowering my blood pressure.
Pros
They never increased my bill without notice like vodafone did after 6years of loyalty.
Cons
This box isnt big enough to list all the negative aspects. You suck balls slingshot. .

Over the 8 years I have been with slingshot I have felt their service has become increasingly less satisfactory. It always takes so long to get hold of them when phoning their call Centre. They are often offering new customers good deals but were not interested in offering me, a long time customer a similar deal so I will go elsewhere now.
Pros
Cheap if prepared to be tied in to a contract.
Cons
Unreliable customer service.

No down time in over 3 years

Support has degraded as they got bigger. Went from answering calls straight away to long hold times.
