best internet we have had, we live rural and suffered on spark as it was slow and sometimes didnt work at all and now have been on primo for 2 years with only a couple of issues.

Pros

really fast like in town, hardly any issues.

Cons

more expensive than others but worth it i think, they need an unlimited plan and afterhours help.

They provide good service to us, never really have any problems and when there is its fixed quick and we are updated on facebook.

good support, fast speed and no peak time issues.

would be better if it was cheaper and needs better coverage.

I've been with primo for years now and have never had my service interrupted through a failure of theirs or their equipment. They were the first and ONLY company in my area to provide an alternative to dial up or the overpriced and useless satellite options. Cons

Speeds may not be fast enough for some.
No one to contact on weekends.
Can be difficult getting them out to more rural areas.

I have used Primo for 10 years. I rate them #1 ISPin Taranaki. I fix computers for a job and when I am on site at rural properties Primo wireless hands down provides the fastest most reliable internet.

Fantastic company/ team of people to deal with, faults ,outages get fixed asap and you always feel like a valued customer

Usuage plans could be better for rural providers that are locked into contracts but other than that no faults top company!

We have been PrimoWireless customers now for 12 months and can not fault them! They are always helpful, either via phone or email. They sort the problem quickly and keep you updated via Facebook on any problems with their network. 10 out of 10 in my book!

Great to talk to, speedy service, friendly team and fantastic service where others can't provide.

I've been with primo since 2014 and think they are great. I know some places that can't get internet... would be great to get this service out there...
