In July, 2degrees made a change which broke my VDSL internet entirely. After several calls and several pieces of bad advice we were finally able to get it working again. However, our download speeds had dropped from a consistent 125 Mbps to 40 Mbps. Several more emails and calls over the coming months lead nowhere except to the same confused and incorrect advice from their end. Eventually, the speeds began frequently declining to 20 Mbps, then ultimately 10 Mbps. We procured
a second 2degrees FritzBox on our own and factory reset it - still the same terrible speeds. Eventually after 6 months of putting this off I've switched to Voyager and my speeds have instantly returned to 100 Mbps~ using the same router. No one at their end cares in the slightest, they couldn't even feign concern or muster any effort whatsoever throughout this entire process. 2degrees is a terrible company that I will never deal with ever again. ...read more
