Cons: Support is bad. Any problems are always said to be at my end. Only under pressure will they do anything to assist with ph/network setup.

ntdown (Spark retail not sell). Turns out Skinny Mobile SIM and SkinnyDirect SIM are different and Skinny Direct Help sent me a new one. After 4 days snail mail it did not work out of the box. They had to do settings at their end. IF I had walked into a 2Degree shop as a 2Degree customer with my new ph they would have sorted it on the spot.
