I've been with Spark for a while and was on a legacy Total Home plan utilising entry level 100Mbps fibre. While the underpinning reliability of the Chorus service is fine (it's basically irrelevant which ISP you go with), Sparks support isn't either great or awful, but their price point is way out, particularly when its packaged with a mobile plan where you already get sticky add-ons like Spotify and Lightbox.
