We've been on the Wireless Dynamics Fibre Starter plan, and pay monthly mobile, for over a year now, and can't fault the service! Works great for our family. Easy setup and haven't had any issues.

Pros

Same services and plans as the big guys, but they support local initiatives.

Cons

Don't have fancy apps or free data hours ect, but i'd rather the trade off and know I'm supporting local.

Now broadband is so far the best wifi company I have had, and simply because they care about their customers and seem to have an awesome laid back team who are keen to help. It honestly makes all the difference these days when a company has a good ethos. I’ve never had any connection issues and the speed was ideal. Would absolutely recommend ⭐️

Starlink deprioritized is fantastic broadband; cheaper and much faster than ADSL (the only other viable choice in rural area). Rural broadband too expensive per month and lower speeds and poor quality in comparison. Starlink is very reliable. Haven’t looked back. (Be sure to check out Rural Users Scheme from NZ govt Crown Infrastructure for support for rural broadband)

Pros

Much higher speed (even when on Starlink deprioritized) , lower cost than ADSL

Cons

Starlink support is ex USA and only vis email/on-line so can take a few days to get a response but have only needed it once at start; would still recommend over local ISP for our location

So glad we changed to Now! We thought buffering was normal for internet connections, but haven’t had that at all since connecting with Now. Highly recommend, there customer service is awesome!

I was looking to change Internet Providers. The price is half of what I pay with my previous provider, but after look through the comment reviews I was horrified at the lack of Customer Support. If it's this bad, I don't know why people just get them looked into.
