Digital technology can make a significant, positive impact on our nation's social and economic wellbeing – enabling stronger, safer, more connected communities (even in the most remote rural areas), opening more opportunities for our children (regardless of their socio-economic backgrounds), and improving health outcomes for New Zealanders of all ages and walks of life.

It can enable Kiwi companies to compete - and win - on the world stage and become smarter, more agile businesses by harnessing all the benefits of new technologies such as Cloud services and the Internet of Things.

Spark's success is dependent on our customers in one key market: New Zealand. That's why we're passionate about using technology to be truly useful to our customers, helping make our country better and enriching the lives of all New Zealanders. We want to be the most valued brand in the home, and the most trusted partner for business.

We have repeatedly telephoned Spark and gone into their shop to ask for help and don't get anywhere. Now out of the blue they are trying to force us into changing to fibre. We have been asking about this for the last year and had no help of any kind. We had to buy a new modem which has since broken. We pay $100 a month for irregular and unreliable service. We have been with Spark for years. We had mobile phones with them which was also expensive. When we changed to 2 degrees they charged us an extra month on our bill. ...read more

Needs to keep up with new software like windows 10. Too expensive and not much different than the cheaper options. what about a discount bundle price for phone, mobile and broadband. Look at the UK market for how the future will look.
Pros
Speed is not bad, lots of extra stuff; antivirus, lightbox, discount tickets etc.
Cons
Expensive compared to the others. Free antivirus doesn't work with windows10. Automatic configuration app doesn't work with windows10. So unless you use yesterday's technology useless free stuff.
