I wanted a change as my old provider Vodafone was not giving any customer service regarding billing etc.

I also went to Now as I wanted to speak with a C/S quickly and a NZ based firm is what i looked for.

Cons

I am still are in the process of changing over but so far I already feel better that I won`t dread the bill or bills as Vodafone preformed so poorly I really advise other people to switch and take the advantage of a pro ...read more

Just didn't really like the technical team as they just confused me. They in the end just did not make much sense and I was so happy so far to not have to talk to them again.

Pros

Made me feel that they really didn't care much about me and my internet experience after signing up with them.

Cons

Streaming is difficult at times and for someone that likes to do a lot of that, it has been annoying. Also technicians not easy to understand.

Fast to get us connected (2 working days) super fast to get Chorus to fix the ONT (the next morning) & they organised a power cord for the ONT too. Nothing wrong with the speed either. It’s better than the ultra fast broadband I was paying for at MyRepublic & NO dropouts!
