Just transferred from Vodafone to Now Broadband and I was so impressed by their service. Communication was great and flexibility is one of the areas in management where I was so impressed of.

Pros

Being in a fibre connection, the connection is real fast compared to Vodafone which is very slow and unstable. I am now comfortable working from home in a stable and faster internet connection

Cons

Though not a fault from Now Broadband, the Chorus people are not that good by just turning me down where to lay down the fibre wire connections. They put it down on the fence when there is a better way of doing. They rej ...read more

We have had NOW at two different homes in two different parts of the country and in both places, their service and internet has been far beyond what competitors offer.
