Supports only through email because none of them could speak English. Same company as worldnet, called them and completely incomprehensible. Looks like the operate out of China like how Vodafone operates out of India. I'm still not connected to internet and their emails take generations to reply.

Don't be fooled by the low prices. This is the worst support I've ever seen. I've been trying to contact them for 5 months (!) to fix a slow connection issue (actual 11 Mbps vs 70 Mbps in the contract), and they take days to answer just blahblahblah and nothing actually happens. They don't have a physical address, no telephone to call. And things get even worse: they store our passwords in plain text! This is simply unacceptable.

the worst company I ever used. No support at all. Stay away from them!

I've been using Econofibre's VDSL service for the past couple of months now and have been very happy with them. Such a massive improvement over my previous ISP's (Trustpower) woeful speeds and service.
