Joined this service when it was $70 per month which was funnily enough when it was living up to its promises, it stated 1000Mbps and that is what you would get, then the price went up to $89 and the speed nose dived to 730MBps but the front page still says 1000, notified them and they have nothing when the next payment is due I will be with a new provider.
Pros
Used to be good - no pros now.
Cons
Substandard support, substandard service, support via E-Mail only which sucks, they say you get what you pay for well what I was paying for went downhill real fast. I'm done.

Have had an outage but was not caused by Econofibre specifically but by the people who do provisioning - a separate company.
Pros
We joined on a cheap unlimited plan, price has not changed, it's still cheap and it's still unlimited, performs well.
Cons
Not having available phone support.... but then we have a very cheap price.

While cheap, it's not by a large margin. Support is abysmal and my so-called static IP has changed 4 times since February causing misery for people accessing remote resources. The cheap product isn't worth the absolutely terrible support they provide. Fine when it works, but god help you when there's a problem

Support is limited to email, but so far so good. No outages yet (been with them for 2 months), and switching providers was very easy. It all just worked first time.

Supports only through email because none of them could speak English. Same company as worldnet, called them and completely incomprehensible. Looks like the operate out of China like how Vodafone operates out of India. I'm still not connected to internet and their emails take generations to reply.

Cons
Sketchy service. Should have just not gone with it. Paid advances too as requested by their website.
